L’oreal – Lift and Learn
L’Oréal, one of the biggest names in the beauty industry, is known for its innovative products and cutting-edge technology. As a part of their commitment to providing the best possible customer experience, they partnered with us to create the “Lift and Learn” solution. This solution involves the use of interactive stands that react to the user’s choices, creating an engaging and helpful experience.
At the heart of the Lift and Learn solution is the use of technology. We created interactive stands that are equipped with sensors, lights, and screens that react to the user’s choices.
When a user picks up a product, the surrounding screens and lights will react by showing helpful information about the product and guiding the user towards the right choice. For example, if a user picks up a shampoo, the surrounding screens will display information about the product’s ingredients and benefits.
To enhance the user experience even further, we also created an interactive mirror that allows users to check out new hair colours before applying them. The mirror uses augmented reality technology to overlay different hair colours onto the user’s reflection, giving them a preview of what they would look like with different shades.
